Can I arrive on Thursday?
NO! Do NOT arrive on Thursday. You will NOT be allowed on the property before 10am on Friday.
Can I bring my dog or other pet?
NO DOGS means NO DOGS! No pets of any kind. Artists, VIPs, Staff, Vendors, Volunteers, etc. are all included in our strict no pets policy. Working Service Dogs (by ADA guidelines) are allowed, must present up-to-date paperwork, proof of rabies vaccination and ID at the Main Gate upon arrival. Support dogs will not be allowed.
Can I bring a generator?
No generators. Not even quiet ones.
I lost my Online Purchase Confirmation email, are you going to let me in?
As long as you have your valid government issued photo ID, you will be fine.
Is there ice for sale on-site?
Yes. You may purchase ice at the Ziontific Merch Booth. Cash Only.
Are there showers?
Yes. VIP Upgrade Purchasers get free showers in their very own VIP Showerhouse. Everyone else is able to purchase showers passes at the Ziontific Merch Booth. $5 for 20 minute hot shower. Cash Only.
When will I be receiving the tickets I purchased online?
All tickets sold online will be held at Will Call. Please bring your email confirmation to the Main Gate along with your ID. Gates open at 10am June 19, 2020 and will remain open throughout the weekend.
My friend purchased tickets online for me. How can I get them from will call?
Have your friend email us at info@ziontificproductions.com from the email address the tickets were purchased with requesting they be switched into your name. This can also be done at the time of purchase by adding a note during checkout. You will need to bring the printed email request, printed confirmation receipt and your ID.
Is camping included in all of the ticket prices?
Yes. Camping is permitted Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights only. Do not arrive Thursday.
Is this a family-friendly fest?
YES! The kids are our inspiration! We have a plethora of fun and educational kids activities planned. See our kidZone for a partial list. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Can I have a fire at my campsite?
NO open fires! There will be a community bonfire.
Can I bring a 20lb propane tank?
NO large gas tanks of any kind. (4lb propane tanks for small grills are acceptable.)
Is there WiFi/cellphone service?
We haven’t had any issues with cell service at the new venue yet.
I don’t plan on staying the weekend. Are day tickets available?
Yes, Day Tickets will be available by the Spring. Sign up on our mailing list to receive an email when they’re on sale.
